Meet the Business Owner
Practice Philosophy
I enjoy working with people of all ages and every walk of life. Primarily I work with professional people and physical laborers who may or may not be as resilient in their recreational activities in their off time as they would like to be.
I have worked with weekend warriors to serious athletes, greatly assisting them in maintaining or increasing their level of ease and coordination to achieve their exercise and fitness goals.
Utilizing 37 years of practice I am able to integrate an exceptional variety of unique methods of Therapeutic Massage, from light soothing Swedish to Deep Tissue, Range of Motion Stretches and Structural Stabilization with Advanced Neuro Muscular, Myofascial Release bodywork.
I love my vocation. I feel incredibly honored to be able to provide the most basic of human needs… touch. The reality is that most humans are literally starved for touch these days, no matter their age or gender. I love to provide my dear clients the rare experience of the pure the joy of simply receiving authentically compassionate, artistically graceful, detailed and genuinely heartfelt nurturing touch, in a safe, soothing environment.
A little bit about me: hobbies, family, interests
I am passionate about ending forever wars for oil and preserving our planet's wilderness, wildlife and natural resources - clean air, water and land.
I love cooking delicious meals with my husband Dave and spending our weekends together just reconnecting. Watching documentaries together from Archeology to The Cosmos to Ancient History and Ancient Aliens and Mysteries and Docudramas and Historical and Political Series and of course a great comedy every once in awhile
Love going out to dinner with my sweetheart who is a chef of his own restaurant and so deserves to be served a fine meal without responsibility of preparing it or cleaning up the mess afterwards!
I love to travel with my hubby and every so often go to concerts and plays
I love to go for hikes in mountains especially near our beautiful lakes and streams
I love dawn and dusk and full moon lit skies and super dark skies awash with stars and learning about constellations from my husband snuggled in his big strong arms looking skyward and hoping to catch a shooting star
I love our blue blue skies and variety a beautiful cloud formations. We have so many more here in N Idaho than we did in So Cal
I love thunder and lightning storms
I love natural Hot Springs and Waterfalls
I miss the living by the seashore even though I love living near mountains, lakes and rivers in N Idaho where its not so crowded and expensive to live.
I love my kitties and all cats
I love my boys Drew 37 and my son Sean 31 following their passions and careers and travels
I am admittedly a Facebook junky sometimes primarily with Progressive Politics and anything to do with animal stories and amazingly talented and inspired young people
I love my husband and my boys
I love meeting people and learning about their life stories and family relationships
I love all kinds of music and collecting it on my phone and creating playlists especially exquisite music and sounds of nature for my massage sessions.
